## Description

We are seeking an intern to support our project management, reporting, and business automation teams. As an intern, you will assist in planning, controlling, and tracking projects, analyzing project and company key performance indicators, and creating meaningful reports, dashboards, and management presentations.

You will also contribute to the digitalization and automation of reporting and project management processes, develop evaluations and dashboards using modern analysis and reporting tools, and support the setup and further development of KPI systems for project and process control.

Additionally, you will work on analyzing data, identifying optimization potential, and deriving recommendations for action, as well as developing and introducing AI-supported solutions based on Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, or comparable technologies to increase the efficiency of business processes.

The internship lasts for 6 months, starting from October 2026, with a working time of 35 hours per week.

**Responsibilities:**

- Support project planning, control, and tracking

- Analyze project and company key performance indicators

- Create reports, dashboards, and management presentations

- Contribute to digitalization and automation of reporting and project management processes

- Develop evaluations and dashboards using modern analysis and reporting tools

- Support setup and further development of KPI systems

- Analyze data and identify optimization potential

- Derive recommendations for action

- Develop and introduce AI-supported solutions

**Requirements:**

- Currently studying engineering, business administration, computer science, or a related field

- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

- Ideally, first experiences in project management, reporting, data analysis, or process management

- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, VBA, Python, Microsoft Copilot, or comparable analysis and automation tools is advantageous

- Very good German and English language skills

- Self-motivated, structured, and solution-oriented working style

- Analytical thinking, affinity for numbers, and teamwork
