As a Beauty Expert at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, you will be the heart of our brand in-store, empowering customers to be their most confident selves.

You will combine expert artistry skills with exceptional product knowledge and a passion for building lasting emotional connections with customers.

Responsibilities:

- Work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs

- Build solid relationships with team members and management

- Champion world-class artistry and customer experience

- Adapt your approach to activities, customers, and opportunities

- Follow company grooming standards

Requirements:

- Ideally, an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy

- Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG

- Experience in applying makeup and adapting your style to different customers
