## Description

We are seeking an Experienced Guidance Navigation & Control Engineer to join our team in Gdansk, Poland. The successful candidate will work on developing system requirements, performing design validations, and conducting root cause analysis.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop system requirements to establish system design and manage requirements in DOORS.

- Perform design validations and verification activities, document and resolve technical issues during testing and integration.

- Work with cross-functional teams to define, document, and manage system interfaces.

- Develop system design documentation.

- Conduct root cause analysis and develop dispositions for complex design non-conformances.

- Research technical, operational, and quality issues that occur in service.

- Participate in product development of complex systems from conceptual phase to introduction of new products.

- Assess potential safety issues related to Autoflight systems.

**Basic Qualifications:**

- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.

- Experience in System Engineering and technical disciplines related to Flight Control.

- Minimum 3 years of design experience with Autoflight systems.

- Upper-Intermediate English level in both written and verbal communication.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- 5 years of design experience with Autoflight systems.

- Ability to perform engineering analysis of Autoflight systems using knowledge of guidance, navigation, and control theory.

- Familiarity with Matlab/Simulink.

- Understanding of product safety.
