## Description

Join the team as Twilio's next Partner Solutions Architect.

This position is needed to act as a lead technical strategic advisor for our most strategic partners in the EMEA region, ensuring they have the technical vision and enablement to build world-class solutions on the platform.

In this role, you'll drive technical enablement and readiness across strategic partners to ensure long-term architectural self-sufficiency. You'll partner with regional GTM teams to embed partner implementation strategies into early-stage planning and business alignment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Architecting scalable, secure solutions that integrate products into complex enterprise technology stacks

- Acting as a technical bridge between the partner community and Product teams to influence global roadmaps

- Creating reusable solution assets and technical documentation that help partners scale adoption

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- 8+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or partner-facing architectural roles

- Demonstrated experience in System Integrator (SI) or Technology Partner ecosystems focused on building technical practices

- Technical fluency in API-first architectures and the ability to build functional prototypes to demonstrate integration concepts

As a Partner Solutions Architect, you'll be working closely with our partners to deliver customer outcomes independently. You'll be responsible for designing sophisticated, multi-platform solutions that integrate with complex technology stacks.
