## Job Overview

As a Strategy and Analytics Business Partner at Stripe, you will be the go-to expert for your business area, partnering directly with leaders within the SDC and providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.

## Responsibilities

- Develop metrics and large-scale dashboards to track the health of user-facing and internal teams.

- Perform analyses using SQL and other analytical tools to identify trends, conduct research, and build models.

- Create narratives and documents to influence senior Operations leadership and Stripe executive team decision-making.

- Own executive-facing weekly, monthly, or quarterly reporting.

- Influence and drive cross-functional change by partnering with stakeholders across a wide internal network.

- Design, optimize, and drive operational reviews and rhythm of the business.

- Guide the planning and goal-setting process for your business area.

- Conduct internal knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen the team.

## Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in STEM major and 4+ years of prior working experience in data analysis fields.

- Strong analytical ability, proficiency with SQL, and strong understanding of data relationships.

- Experience working with extremely large datasets.

- Experience with AI tools and demonstrated measurable impact from AI.

- Outstanding communication, presentation skills, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in or with Financial Services, Accounting, GTM/Sales, Operations.

- Expertise working cross-functionally and with globally distributed teams.

## Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in fast-paced environments.

- Experience working with Product Manager and Engineering teams.

- Experience with visualization tools.
