## Description

We believe independent restaurants deserve the same advantages as big chains without giving up their independence.

The role will handle escalations for shop partners who leverage the online Slice platform to power their digital presence. You'll play a crucial role in the retention and success of these partner shops, and by extension Slice.

The ideal candidate will bring a customer-first attitude, a strong ability to manage client relationships, and a proven track record of solving problems.

**Responsibilities**

- Manage high-risk accounts with a focus on saves and growth

- Manage a portfolio of low-volume, high-potential accounts

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

- Proficiency in Salesforce, Slack, Excel, and other account management tools

- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Team-first individual with a positive mindset

**Requirements**

- 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, sales, or account management (experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is highly preferred)

- Fluency in English language, multiple languages a strong plus
