## Description

We are seeking a Receptionist Rotational to join our team at the Mercure Rungis hotel, located near Orly Airport, the Rungis International Market, and the Silic and Icade business districts.

As a Receptionist Rotational, you will be responsible for:

- Welcoming and taking care of clients with courtesy and attention from arrival to departure;

- Contributing to client satisfaction by ensuring quality service throughout their stay;

- Helping achieve qualitative and economic objectives of the service;

- Handling client objections and remarks by providing adapted responses within the best possible delay;

- Managing client check-in and check-out in accordance with internal procedures;

- Transmitting necessary information to other services and team members;

- Managing the cash fund entrusted to you.

Your personality, smile, know-how, and interpersonal skills will contribute to client satisfaction.
