## Description

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of a development project. You will act as the developer's representative, ensuring construction adheres to approved plans, specifications, and brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities include monitoring contractor progress, enforcing health and safety protocols, and managing claims, variations, and extension-of-time requests. You will also ensure timely commissioning, testing, and snagging, and maintain accurate site reporting.

To succeed in this role, you must have at least 15 years of experience in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Primavera is essential. Familiarity with BIM standards, MS Project, and relevant ERP systems is also desirable.
