## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll provide exceptional customer service and support during the busy Christmas period.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of performance during peak periods

- Utilize digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment

- Adapt to changing demands and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience

Schedule:

- Tuesday: 12:00-16:00

- Wednesday: 12:00-16:00

- Saturday: 12:00-16:00

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
