The Startup Products team develops Stripe Atlas and other products supporting founders in starting and running companies worldwide. We aim to enable more startups to achieve product-market fit quickly.

As a product manager on the Startup Products team, you'll gain a deep understanding of what early-stage founders need to get their company off the ground. You'll identify key pain points, help set product strategy, scope product features and technical infrastructure, collaborate with design and engineering, drive execution, craft product marketing, and plan go-to-market strategies.

## Responsibilities

- Develop a deep understanding of the needs of startup founders and how they use Atlas and other startup products.

- Stay updated on the ever-changing technology landscape to ensure we're building relevant products.

- Drive product development in collaboration with engineering teams by setting priorities and unblocking execution.

- Create simple yet powerful product experiences with great details.

- Contribute to product strategy and own delivery of product and business metrics.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and communicate clearly on statuses, priorities, and impact.

- Represent Atlas externally with founders, investors, accelerators, and partners, and establish new partnerships as needed.

- Develop and maintain metrics to understand product performance.

- Ensure a great user experience with Atlas, reviewing feedback, unblocking stuck users, and recommending product solutions.

## Requirements

- 6+ years of product management or product-focused founder experience.

- Experience shipping user-facing or API products built on complex technical systems at scale.

- AI enthusiast and experimenter.

- Passion for helping founders build their businesses.

- Persistence and a 'whatever-it-takes' approach to product success.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Adept with data and confident in measuring user impact.

## Preferred Qualifications

- Founder background or experience in a very early-stage company environment.

- Software engineering experience or a computer science degree.
