## Description

The Head of L4B / B2B for Latin America is responsible for leading and expanding Logitech's B2B operations for enterprise markets across Brazil, Mexico, and NSC. This is a highly strategic leadership position, reporting to regional/global leadership, and closely collaborating with sales, marketing, product, alliances, and global operations teams.

The main goal is to position the Logitech for Business division as a leader in the digital transformation of Latin American workplaces, driving exponential growth for the business unit.

Key responsibilities include managing teams and business outcomes across the three main regions, leading commercial, channel, and alliance strategies, establishing and nurturing high-level relationships with enterprise clients, and developing and implementing regional playbooks for sales, channels, and go-to-market strategies.

The ideal candidate will have extensive prior experience in senior B2B leadership roles, preferably in technology, IT, UC, devices, digital ecosystems, or consulting sectors, and strong experience in regional/multicountry management, team-building, and talent development.

Additionally, the candidate should have solid background in consultative sales with large accounts, channel development, strategic partnerships, networking with Fortune 500 companies, integrators, MSPs, ISVs, and global alliances, and advanced knowledge of LATAM regional dynamics (legislation, culture, taxes, competition, macroeconomic environment).

The Head of L4B / B2B for Latin America will be responsible for managing budget, P&L, and financial KPIs for the L4B/B2B unit in LATAM, ensuring sustainable and highly profitable growth.
