## Description

As a Field Marketing Events Intern at Red Bull, you will collaborate with various internal teams and external partners to gain hands-on experience in event planning, operational coordination, material management, communication, and reporting activities.

The internship offers a comprehensive behind-the-scenes view of Field Marketing activities, allowing you to develop organisational, project management, and stakeholder management skills in a dynamic environment.

### Responsibilities

- National Activations & Cross-Functional Projects Coordination: Support the operational coordination of events and activations involving multiple regions and stakeholders. Collaborate with teams to ensure successful execution across the country.

- Event Production & Logistics: Support the planning and coordination of operational and logistical activities related to events. Assist in managing event materials, shipments, travel arrangements, and other support activities.

- Visual Identity Support: Support the implementation of Red Bull's visual identity across events and activations. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in producing branding and communication materials.

- Event Communication: Collaborate with teams involved in event communication and promotion. Support the collection and sharing of project information, materials, and content.

- Reporting & Post-Event Activities: Support the preparation of event reports and recap presentations. Contribute to the collection and analysis of key event results.

- Vendor, Contracts & Insurance Management: Support the administrative management of vendors and partners involved in events. Assist in managing contracts, insurance documentation, and other documents required for event execution.

### Requirements

- University degree or ongoing studies in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.

- Strong passion for events, sports, music, culture, and youth-focused marketing.

- Excellent organisational and project management skills.

- Strong attention to detail and operational mindset.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

- Strong PowerPoint and digital tool proficiency.

- Fluent English.

- Willingness to travel and work on-site during events.
