## Description

We are seeking a Database Analyst to maintain and enhance the quality of highly-complex databases by analyzing and resolving potential market/database anomalies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Maintain and enhance the quality of highly-complex databases by analyzing and resolving potential market/database anomalies identified through accelerated product and outlier identification tools.

- Proactively analyze key client pharmaceutical products.

- Perform analysis, bridging, and resolution of products database exceptions for internal and external communications.

- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of additions and modifications to the IQVIA sales databases through input from internal and external sources.

- Respond to client requests and coordinate with other departments to address client needs, issue status, and resolution.

- Utilize various IQVIA and Mainframe tools to research, analyze, and resolve inquiries that require an understanding of the client and IQVIA processes.

- Work with various IQVIA internal departments to validate and/or correct database issues and ensure inquiry responses meet Client Service Level Agreement guidelines.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. A nursing or pharmacy background is preferred but not required.

- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) with basic knowledge of MS Access being an advantage.

- Ability to independently evaluate situations and make decisions based on fact, using standardized requirements.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a high-pressure team environment.
