## Description

As a Sales Associate at Victoria's Secret, you'll work in an exciting, engaging, fast-paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Delivering an exceptional customer experience to all customers, from helping them find the perfect product to helping them complete their purchase at the till

- Providing our brand bra fitting experience, giving customers expert advice as to their size and what styles suit their needs best

- Owning the merchandising and presentation of our products, helping customers find the products they need, and the things they didn't even know they needed!

- Maintaining store standards, front and back, including managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- A passion for retail and a desire to create a unique experience for every customer

- Keenness to learn and develop your customer service skills and product knowledge

- Ability to develop valued relationships with your team and customers

- Flexibility, supportive and contribute to a positive working environment for all team members
