## Description

We are seeking a Claims Specialist to join our team in Guangzhou.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Reviewing and assessing claims cases according to established rules and guidelines

- Promoting and implementing claims rules and procedures

- Collaborating with various departments, including headquarters operations management and institutional operations support

- Providing suggestions for system optimisation and participating in system requirements development and testing

To be eligible for this role, you will need:

- A bachelor's degree or above in a related field, such as medicine or law

- At least three years of experience in life insurance claims review

- Excellent written communication skills in Chinese

- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

- Ability to learn, adapt, and handle pressure

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
