## Description

We are seeking a Store Manager for our Convenience store in Redcar, Cleveland, United Kingdom. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering excellent customer experiences, and leading a team of Customer and Trading Managers.

The successful candidate will have experience leading an operation with accountabilities for delivering customer, financial, and organisational outcomes. You will be a leader who role models excellent service and business values through teams of managers and colleagues.

Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring brilliant customer experiences and constantly striving to improve the customer journey

- Leading an operation with accountabilities for delivering customer, financial, and organisational outcomes

- Using data and insight to inform planning, improve performance, or customer experience and/or KPIs

- Managing ER cases, including dismissals, and confidently understanding and interpreting HR policies

- Leading change, delivering engagement on purpose whilst managing team wellbeing
