## Description

We are seeking an experienced and committed Teaching Assistant to support pupils in our Early Years and contribute to the life of the school.

The successful candidate will have:

- Knowledge of the National Curriculum and Early Years framework

- Ability to be proactive, innovative, and adaptable in implementing structured learning activities

- Capacity for evaluating learning and measuring pupils' progress

- High expectations of all pupils and the ability to maintain a positive attitude

- Excellent communication skills with teachers, SEND team, parents, and outside agencies

- Ability to implement agreed behaviour management strategies

The salary for this role is GBP 33,129 - 35,628 per year.
