## Job Overview

This 6-month full-time internship involves supporting pre-sales, payment, and partner success activities at Fiuu, a key player in Southeast Asia's payment landscape.

## Responsibilities

### Event Planning and Execution

- Support end-to-end event planning and execution with partners and merchants.

- Coordinate with vendors and partners for events.

### Client Communication & Relationship Management

- Develop strong relationships with merchants, clients, and partners.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met.

- Deliver clear, timely communication throughout the event lifecycle.

### Pre-Sales & Solution Support

- Participate in pre-sales activities to understand partner and merchant requirements.

- Collaborate with teams to create presentations and product demonstrations.

- Support preparation of technical proposals and documentation.

### Market Research & Product Collaboration

- Conduct research with the product development team to identify industry trends.

- Contribute to payment solution design meetings and presentations.

- Assist in developing pre-sales materials like case studies and whitepapers.

### Business Development & Feedback

- Support the business development team in creating payment solutions for POC projects.

- Provide feedback to the product development team based on partner interactions.

### Project Participation

- Participate in end-to-end RFP projects from multinational companies.

### Vendor & Partner Coordination

- Serve as the primary liaison for event vendors and partners.

- Coordinate vendor requirements and ensure deliverables are met on time.

### Merchant Onboarding & Operations

- Manage the end-to-end merchant onboarding lifecycle.

- Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, and IT teams for a smooth onboarding experience.

- Maintain accurate records of merchant documentation.

### Additional Job Description

- Support operational requests and assist in process improvements.

## Requirements

- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or Fintech.

- Basic knowledge of system design, programming languages, and payment systems is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to commit to 6 months full-time.
