## Description

Join Razer's global mission to revolutionize gaming as a Compliance Officer. You'll manage day-to-day AML/CFT compliance operations and support broader regulatory compliance across their regulated financial services business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Support day-to-day operational compliance monitoring, ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Draft, review, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls documentation.

- Support AML/CFT and sanctions screening, customer due diligence, and transaction monitoring processes.

- Coordinate regulatory returns, periodic reporting, and responses to regulator queries or examinations.

- Monitor regulatory developments relevant to the business and assess operational impact.

- Act as day-to-day liaison with MAS and other relevant authorities on compliance matters.

- Support audit and regulatory examination engagements.

- Partner with business units to embed compliance requirements into day-to-day operations.

- Deliver AML/CFT training and compliance awareness sessions to operational staff.

**Pre-Requisites:**

- At least 6-7 years' experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory affairs within financial services.

- Experience with Money Services Business (MSB) is preferred.

- Familiarity with AML/CFT and sanctions screening requirements.

- Strong regulatory liaison, policy drafting, and stakeholder management skills.

- ICA/ACAMS certification an advantage.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
