## Description

Sodexo is seeking Chef Managers to join its regional Queensland operations. The role involves leading a high-performing kitchen team in a bulk catering environment, overseeing meal production, managing food safety and quality standards, monitoring kitchen budgets, and developing and mentoring team members.

The successful candidate will have a Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery, experience in bulk catering or high-volume kitchens, and strong food safety and hygiene knowledge. FIFO, DIDO or remote site experience is desirable but not essential.
