Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.

**Work Pattern:** Monday 12:00-20:00 Friday 15:00-23:00 Saturday 10:30-18:30 _Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December._

**Responsibilities:**

- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued every time they shop with us.

- Utilize digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience.

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience.

- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store.

- Unsocial premium of £3.00 p/h for hours worked between 22:00-06:00
