## Description

We are seeking a Customer Engagement Advisor to join our Danish Customer Engagement Centre. As a Customer Engagement Advisor, you will work directly with our customers and partners to ensure they receive the help and information they need. You will be responsible for interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, chat, and email, both incoming and outgoing. You will also provide support and assistance to customers by coordinating service requests through Polestar's channels and service network. Additionally, you will represent Polestar at planned customer events and handle all customer activities in a timely and consistent manner, in accordance with global KPIs.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong customer engagement skills, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to collaborate with others. You will be passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and have excellent communication skills, with the ability to put yourself in the customer's shoes. You will strive to contribute to a team that works every day to build strong and trusting relationships with our customers.

The ideal candidate will have more than six months of experience in a customer-facing role, whether it's telephone-based, retail-based, or something else. You will be methodical and comfortable working on digital platforms. You will be able to communicate clearly and concisely, with a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.
