As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will design, test, and validate Battery Management and Power Sub-Systems (BMS) for autonomous vehicles. You will also perform vehicle-level integrations and complete lifecycle design from concept through production, including requirements generation. Additional responsibilities include:

- Full cycle PCB design including collecting requirements, schematic design, component selection, supervision or completion of layout, bring-up, test, debug and integration with the system

- Develop system interconnect diagrams and define wire harnesses that connect electronic equipment

- Conduct peer-level and cross-discipline design reviews

- Build up and test of engine system components through lab, ground, and on-water tests

- Root cause analysis in support of field operations

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with 5+ years of experience designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex board designs. Strong background in harness design, EE requirements generation, circuit design, including components, and mixed-signals design is required.

Preferred qualifications include experience with environmental testing, BMS, and knowledge of MIL-STD-810 and/or MIL-STD-461.
