## Description

As a Biffa LGV Driver Loader, you will work as part of a crew, driving LGV waste collection vehicles, collecting and emptying bins, boxes and bags from householders and carrying out street cleansing activities such as sweeping and litter picking.

This is a great job if you like to work using your own initiative and leading teams, in the outdoors, carrying out a role where you can make a difference to the local environment and communities.

## Requirements

- Valid LGV/HGV Class 2 (Category C) driving licence

- Valid Driver CPC / Driver Qualification Card

- Good understanding of road safety and vehicle safety

- Ability to complete daily vehicle checks and report defects

- Good knowledge of drivers' hours and tachograph requirements

- Ability to safely manoeuvre and operate a large rigid vehicle

- Good communication and customer service skills

- Good awareness of health & safety procedures
