## Description

The Hospital of St John and St Elizabeth is seeking a Bank Paediatric Anaesthetist to support the development of its paediatric services, specifically a day case surgical pathway. The successful applicant will be a post-FRCA stage 2 or 3 trainee who has completed Stage 2 paediatric competencies or equivalent.

The role involves:

- Providing safe and high-quality care to children undergoing day case surgery

- Working as part of a team to deliver a new paediatric service

- Participating in the strategic growth of children and young people's services

Requirements:

- Post-FRCA stage 2 or 3 trainees who have completed Stage 2 paediatric competencies or equivalent

- Non-HEE trainee who has completed FRCA and competencies or non-training grade doctor who is able to demonstrate their paediatric experience

- EPALS provider

- Level 3 Paediatric Safeguarding (hospital is able to support)

- Able to obtain enhanced DBS check (hospital will arrange)
