## Description

Mastercard's Global Markets Launch Graduate Rotational Program 2027 is seeking Associate Product Specialists and Associate Analysts in Account Management. The 18-month program offers hands-on experiences, cross-functional projects, and structured learning opportunities across multiple areas of Mastercard's business.

The program includes two nine-month rotations across curated career tracks in Sales and Business Development or Product Management and Solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with teams across functions to drive commercial impact

- Contribute to strategic initiatives and strengthen skills to solve complex business challenges

- Develop broad business acumen and a global perspective

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree, with an anticipated graduation date between March 2026 and August 2027

- Available to start on 1st March or 1st September 2027

- Passion for delivering high-quality results and recommendations

- Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities

- Eagerness to learn quickly through structured training and organic development opportunities

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Corporate Security Responsibility:
