As a Mid-Market Revenue Architect, you will be a strategic partner to mid-sized customers, focusing on driving revenue transformation using Gong's AI Operating System.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing revenue transformation strategies with senior leaders

- Architecting workflows that drive revenue outcomes

- Accelerating adoption and realizing business results

- Combining deep understanding of revenue teams with change management strategy to help customers achieve tangible business results

Your success will be measured by activation and adoption, key persona engagement, customer value realization, and revenue impact.

Requirements:

- 4-8+ years of experience in a customer-facing role at a B2B SaaS company

- Proven track record of owning relationships with senior stakeholders and discussing value and ROI

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes
