## Description

We are seeking a creative visionary to join us as VM Manager on a fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will bring innovation and exciting ideas to brand projects and campaigns, focusing on experiential visual merchandising (VM) and commercial brand projects that drive revenue and growth.

Key responsibilities include:

- Setting, driving, and delivering the creative, experiential strategy in line with the broader EU strategy

- Independently managing the creative process to ensure exceptional creative quality

- Executing innovative and world-class experiential projects from ideation to delivery

- Leading as a brand expert, protecting brand image across all channels and online

- Managing planograms and assortments across all experiential projects

- Collaborating with internal global partners, external retail partners, and suppliers

- Managing VM budgets, forecasting, and tracking spend

- Overseeing prop and stock management for experiential VM kits

- Championing sustainability in all VM projects

Requirements:

- Strong, demonstrable VM experience at a manager level in a similar role, ideally within Beauty/Retail

- High attention to detail and project management skills

- Experience working with vendors and understanding of fabrication and production processes

- Ability to interpret business needs and develop concepts/solutions

- Proficiency in design packages such as Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D SketchUp

- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills

- Commercial mindset with forecasting and budget management experience
