## Description

We're seeking an Associate Producer to join our Cosmetics team on Apex Legends, partnering with internal art teams and external development partners to deliver high-quality cosmetic content for our live service.

You will own the day-to-day production and execution of one or more cosmetic content workstreams, helping coordinate delivery across multiple disciplines while partnering closely with your Producer on planning, priorities, and risk management.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day production and execution of cosmetic content workstreams

- Collaborate with artists, discipline leads, designers, and external development partners

- Maintain schedules, milestones, sprint plans, and production tracking

- Monitor risks, dependencies, and blockers

- Coordinate cross-functional communication

- Support milestone planning, content reviews, testing, and release readiness

- Provide regular project status updates

- Identify opportunities to improve production workflows

- Build strong working relationships across internal teams and external development partners

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in production or project management within game development or a related creative industry

- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams

- Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills

- Ability to proactively identify risks

- Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid development methodologies

- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar production tools

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
