We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at our Wilsonville location.

**Job Summary:** As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide patient care and assist with rehabilitation programs.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist with patient evaluations and treatment plans

- Implement and supervise exercise programs

- Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

- Maintain accurate records and reports

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Oregon

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
