## Description

The Internal Product Analytics (IPA) team is the analytics backbone of Datadog's Product organisation.

As Manager of the Internal Product Analytics team, you will directly manage a team of data analysts, partner closely with the PMs your team serves, and partner with the associated platform engineering teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Guiding and growing the Internal Product Analytics team

- Partnering directly with the PM organisation

- Owning the recurring analytics the PM organisation runs on

- Building AI-first analytics

- Partnering across functions

- Turning data into decisions for leadership

- Setting the standard for product analytics across the organisation

Requirements:

- 6+ years in product analytics, data analytics, or a related field, with 2+ years managing or leading a team

- Strong track record partnering across functions and aligning stakeholders

- Proven ability to partner directly with product managers

- Fluent in SQL and comfortable in a modern data warehouse and BI tooling

- Hands-on experience building or deploying AI-first analytics

- Experience communicating with and presenting to senior leadership

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience supporting a product management organisation or working inside a Product function

- Familiarity with the modern data stack

- Experience building or deploying AI agents or automated analytical workflows

- Background in analytics engineering or data platform work

Datadog offers a competitive salary and equity package, and may include variable compensation. The reasonably estimated yearly salary for this role at Datadog is: $160,000-$200,000 USD
