## Description

Priory Hospital Hayes Grove, located in Hayes, Bromley, has an opportunity for a Bank Healthcare Assistant to join their team. The hospital is rated 'Good' by the CQC and offers a range of services including eating disorders, addictions, and general psychiatric conditions.

The successful candidate will be involved in delivering personal care and meeting the psychological needs of patients with varying degrees of mental and physical issues. They must be caring, attentive, and have strong communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing personal care to patients

- Meeting the psychological needs of patients

- Building strong and trusting relationships with patients

- Working effectively in a team with qualified nurses and staff

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a healthcare setting desirable

- Strong sense of responsibility

- Reliable and trustworthy

- Willingness to learn

- Effective communication skills

- Flexibility and strong 'can do' attitude

- Quality orientation

- Educated to a minimum NVQ 1 or GCSE's in Mathematics and English

- Basic IT literacy
