## Description

We are seeking a Digital Business Analyst to join our team in Hong Kong.

As a Digital Business Analyst, you will gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements, and translate them into user stories, customer journey and requirement specifications.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assessing business objectives, pain points, and dependencies, and supporting requirement prioritization and backlog refinement.

- Evaluating and prioritizing change requests and new digital initiatives from business and digital workstreams.

- Collaborating with project sponsors, business and product owners, system owners, architects, and technical delivery squads to define practical and scalable digital solutions.

- Reviewing technical documents to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutioning.

- Defining test strategy and test plans and coordinating testing execution/UAT triage with technical, internal and external business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure quality delivery.

- Providing business analysis support across the full project lifecycle, and facilitating system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment support, and post-implementation evaluation with business and technical stakeholders.

- Maintaining traceable project artefacts, including requirement documents, functional and technical specifications, decision logs, meeting minutes, and action trackers.

- Supporting team goals by taking on related duties and projects as business needs require.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance or finance industry.

- Proven record in agile projects (such as Scrum/Kanban/SAFe).

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

- Prior experience in adopting or using Gen AI tools is preferred.
