## Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Activator Manager to join our team at Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Activators to achieve strategic relationship and selling objectives. You will develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expand in-store presence.

**Responsibilities:**

- Ensure Sales Activators outperform in the market and meet sales and distribution targets

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Activators to achieve strategic objectives

- Build a diverse organization that reflects the marketplace and lives up to Red Bull's Values

- Manage retail relationships and align with RBNA National KA for all Wiring Accounts

- Evaluate market conditions, competitive threats, and changing local dynamics to inform sales strategies

- Develop market solutions utilizing analytical selling approaches and available market data

- Present on specialized trainings and Engagement Action Planning

**Requirements:**

- 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management

- Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals

- Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays

- English; additional languages an advantage
