## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Cheltenham Centrum, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

**Job Schedule:** Part-time, flexible shifts including Sundays, Mondays, and Saturdays from 22:00-06:00. During the Christmas period (weeks commencing 13th and 20th December), you may be required to work up to full-time hours.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Maintain knowledge of M&S Food products to make recommendations

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team

- Adapt to changing demands and priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
