## Description

We are seeking a Production Coordinator to join our Creative Services team at Joules Head Office in Market Harborough.

As a Production Coordinator, you will be the operational backbone of our photography and creative shoot operations. You will report to our Image and Asset Manager and be responsible for managing our sample wardrobe, keeping shoot days running smoothly, prepping location shoots, guiding digital assets, and collaborating on studio projects.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing our sample wardrobe, including tracking, collation, and auditing of all photography samples

- Supporting the studio crew during busy shoot days

- Preparing location shoots, including packing, garment preparation, and essential international documentation

- Organising and uploading final campaign imagery across internal libraries and third-party partner platforms

- Collaborating with studio leads on ad hoc creative projects

To succeed in this role, you will need to bring a great mix of calm organisation, a genuine interest in photography, and a healthy appreciation for the small stuff that makes a busy studio tick. You will be approachable, quick on your feet, and love being the helpful connector who knows where every sample is at any given moment.
