## Description

As a Client Experience Associate at HSBC, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to new and existing Wealth Centre customers. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and assisting customers, promoting the use of alternative delivery channels, and ensuring all branch activities comply with applicable regulations and policies.

Key responsibilities include:

Servicing clients, accounting and compliance-related activities Greeting and assisting customers who visit the Wealth Centre for scheduled appointments and financial transactions Promoting the use of alternative delivery channels Ensuring all branch activities comply with all applicable regulations, and policies Supporting with retail operational, service, accounting and compliance-related activities within the Wealth Centre Managing the completion of branch transactional activities Ensuring a premium client experience within the Wealth Centre channel and working with the Centre Manager and the centre team to support these efforts

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience. You should also have good experience in customer service and/or operational experience within a retail banking, wealth management, or equivalent environment.
