## Description

Figma is seeking an experienced engineering leader to join the Billing team, which focuses on automating revenue workflows and building payment and billing capabilities for Figma's customers.

The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers, partnering with cross-functional teams such as Accounting, Product, Design, Data, Marketing, and GTM to deliver key features like checkout, invoicing, and subscription lifecycle management.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with Product and Design to build and execute a long-term roadmap for a world-class user experience

- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and engineering teams to solve complex problems

- Hire, manage, support, and develop a team of engineers

- Establish trust within and across teams by creating accountability and a positive work environment

- Grow your career within an engaged and creative engineering community

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience hiring and leading teams as an engineering manager

- Strategic thinking about engineering and product roadmaps

- Effective decision-making in cross-functional environments

- Experience with billing, SaaS monetization, and/or payments infrastructure

Preferred qualifications:

- Strong product sense with a history of developing elegant solutions

- Experience thriving in collaborative, cross-team settings

- Proven success in building and leading a geographically distributed team

The annual base salary range for this role is $258,000-$376,000 USD.
