The Sr. Specialist, Healthcare Partnership - Retirement Concierge Network BD will support the manager by developing and managing aged care provider networks and vendor relationships for new and existing sites.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

- Assist in developing/managing relationships with targeted aged care providers.

- Negotiate cost-effective contracts in compliance with all providers and corporate requirements.

- Resource integration and quality control of cooperative providers.

- Establish service standards for providers and optimise service procedures.

- Business negotiation and implementation support for innovation projects.

- Coordinate with other departments (internal and external).

- Maintain documentation for all provider contracts and assist with providing information for audits.

- Apply principles of critical thinking to practical and emergent situations and accurately follow standardised procedures.

- Apply sound judgment beyond specific instructions and apply knowledge to different factual situations.

**Minimum Job Requirements:**

- Three to five years of managed aged care/healthcare experience.

- One to three years of experience working with contract terms and reimbursement methods.

- Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills, multi-tasking, problem-solving capability, creativity, initiative, teamwork skills, public relations, and customer service skills.

- Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
