Be part of a renowned management consulting firm that is on the front-line of industry disruption. We are seeking purpose-driven professionals who are experienced in driving Organizational Change Management as a part of large international digital transformations.

Join our Workforce Transformation team in Poland. As an Organizational Change Manager, you will be an integral part of a larger project team, focused on ensuring successful client delivery through customer experience.

Responsibilities:

- Work on large-scale international business transformation programs for our clients, focused on organization transformations, digital- and ERP implementations, Business Process Outsourcing.

- Develop and implement change strategies & plans, conduct change impact- and change readiness assessments, manage client stakeholders on all levels, plan and execute communications and organize training programs.

- Contribute to the development of our Organizational Transformation methodology and knowledge assets.

- Contribute to proposal creation and development of our service offerings in the area of Organizational Transformation.

Requirements:

- Higher education degree, e.g. in Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Management, Communication or other.

- At least 3+ years of relevant and recent consulting or business experience.

- Solid background in Organizational Change Management, continuous improvement, design thinking, learning & development and transformation experience.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering client engagements in the field of Organizational Transformation.

- Functional expertise in ERP (S/4Hana, SAP, Oracle) BPO/Outsourcing, Cloud, or Salesforce Transformation.

- Proactive self-starters, high energy, motivated and driving personality.

- Willingness to travel and an excellent command of English, additional language skills in German or French are highly desirable.
