## Description

Flock Homes is seeking a Property Management Analyst to join its property and resident operations team in Denver. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for residents, maintaining records and building a positive resident experience.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day resident relationships, handling general inquiries and routine communication

- Run the delinquency cycle, monitoring balances and preparing rent demands

- Administer Section 8 and other housing programs, including paperwork and inspections

- Oversee security deposit returns, gathering documentation and preparing dispositions

- Coordinate with HOAs, tracking notices and driving tenant-responsible items to resolution

- Manage utilities, administering accounts and resolving billing discrepancies

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience in real estate, property management, or customer service

- Meticulous and process-driven, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Exceptional communicator, able to deliver outstanding customer service and work empathetically with residents

- Organized problem-solver, able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

- Accountable and compliant, demonstrating accountability for responsibilities and ensuring compliance with company policies
