## Description

Ajax Systems is seeking a Middle/Senior Purchasing Executive to join their Procurement Team in Guangdong, China.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the annual, quarterly, and monthly procurement plans of the company headquarters and all subsidiaries. They will also manage order and delivery of production-related materials, ensuring production needs are met with guaranteed quality and quantity.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and implementing procurement plans

- Managing inventory levels and supplier relationships

- Conducting supply-demand analysis and identifying potential supply risks

- Communicating with departments related to port customs clearance and logistics

- Resolving material delivery and quality exceptions

- Evaluating supplier performance

The ideal candidate will have:

- A full-time bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field (supply chain, finance, planning)

- At least 2 years of procurement work experience

- Experience in overseas procurement, supply chain, or international trade is preferred

- Proficiency in ERP and SAP systems

- Strong communication and coordination skills

- Ability to analyse and solve problems, and handle emergencies
