## Description

At Morgan & Morgan, we're a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting people's rights against insurance companies, large corporations, and defective goods.

We're seeking a Pre-Suit focused Attorney in our Baltimore office to handle day-to-day pre-litigation work, guide clients through the case process, and manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers.

Responsibilities:

- Handle all pre-litigation work

- Complete Flip-to-Lit approval and TD approval for liability issues

- Guide clients through the case process

- Draft and file pre-litigation documents

- Oversee settlement negotiations and demand packages

- Manage release approval process

- Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers

- Focus on general liability cases

- Drive compliance and KPIs amongst the team

- Conduct EUOs, PIP Statements, and recorded statements

Requirements:

- Law degree from a fully accredited law school

- Active member in good standing with the MD State Bar Association

- 1+ years of general liability or personal injury experience

- Ability to manage a high volume of pre-lit cases

- Excellent client service and communication skills

- Strong leadership skills

- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals

- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
