## Description

We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Mid-Market Account Manager. As a Mid-Market Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of roughly 100 existing customer accounts, with a strong focus on retention and growth. You will use referrals and existing relationships to uncover new opportunities within our valued client base. You will deliver engaging online product demos that educate, inspire, and convert. You will build accurate forecasts and maintain a healthy pipeline using Salesforce and Clari. You will work collaboratively within a dynamic team to progress and close deals over the phone. You will identify the right stakeholders within existing clients by understanding which verticals we serve and how we deliver quick ROI to their peers. You will apply creativity and strategic thinking to expand multithreaded relationships within departments, and identify new opportunities across the wider customer organisation. You will be thoroughly prepared for all client interactions – well-researched, professional, and personable.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have 2+ years of successful sales experience in a closing role, with consistent quota attainment. You will need to have the ability to deliver a compelling message that resonates at all levels. You will need to have experience in both transactional and solution-led selling, with confidence across the full sales cycle. You will need to have excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, alongside strong organisational abilities. You will need to have high energy, a proactive attitude, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease. You will need to have strong qualification skills and the ability to build trusted relationships. You will need to have self-motivation and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. You will need to have working knowledge of CRM systems, ideally Salesforce. Familiarity with the business intelligence market is an advantage. Sales and lead development training is preferred.
