## Description

As a 3rd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor at 3M, you will lead a team to ensure efficient production processes and a positive, safety-first culture.

Responsibilities include:

- Direct supervision, leadership, and development of a manufacturing team

- Supporting a safety-first culture

- Ensuring daily production schedules are met and troubleshooting challenges

- Developing manpower plans and interviewing candidates

- Applying Lean principles to improve processes, quality, safety, and ergonomics

Requirements:

- High school diploma/GED or higher

- 3 years of manufacturing experience

- 2 years of supervisory experience

Preferred qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher

- Knowledge of 3M Fall Protection processes and software

- Experience with manufacturing production reporting systems

- SixSigma or Lean Manufacturing experience

- Excellent communication and influence skills
