## Description

As a Global Product Marketer for the Scotch-Brite brand, you will collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world to make an impact by leading initiatives to improve the brand's consumer KPI scorecard, driving sales and gross margin growth, managing new product introduction efforts, and contributing to global marketing planning.

Responsibilities include:

- Leading initiatives to improve the Scotch-Brite brand consumer KPI scorecard

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales and gross margin growth

- Managing new product introduction efforts

- Contributing to global marketing planning

- Analyzing market and business performance

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher

- Five or more years of marketing, strategy creation, business operations, new product development, or project management experience

Preferred qualifications:

- MBA or graduate degree in marketing, strategy, or related field

- Ten or more years of experience in marketing, strategy creation, or project management

- Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry

- Knowledge of consumer retail channels

- Ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative data

- Experience working in a global environment
