## Description

We are looking for a Strategy & Analytics Director to own Fulfillment, one of Faire's most ambitious bets: building the physical and digital infrastructure to reinvent how wholesale works.

This Director will help the Fulfillment team make better decisions, faster, as we scale fulfillment from 1% to 50%+ of Faire's GMV. This person will act as the analytical owner for Fulfillment, and the work will span marketplace dynamics, discovery and personalization, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, logistics, and unit economics.

Responsibilities:

- Be the analytical DRI for fulfillment.

- Own experimentation strategy.

- Own product analytics.

- Drive brand-growth analytics.

- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives.

- Uplevel the team.

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical and strategic role across product analytics, consulting, or business operations

- Strategic problem solver

- Highly analytical and metrics-focused

- Strong communicator

- Strong product and business intuition

- Solid analytical foundation

- Scrappy and resourceful

- Extraordinarily fast learner

Nice to Have:

- Comfort using AI tools

- Experience setting up data models and data pipelines

- Background in marketplaces, logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain analytics
