## Description

Ford Central and Eastern European Sales LLC is looking for a German-speaking HR Associate to join the People First Team in Budapest. The successful candidate will work in the HR Shared Service, guiding employees through their lifecycle at Ford by advising them on HR matters and completing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Support employees, dependents, managers, HR management, government agencies, and applicants

- Accurately complete transactions, understand customer queries, and advise them professionally

- Create employment-related documents that support country-specific legal environments

- Document transactions, customer inquiries, and resolutions in the HR Contact Center case management technology application

- Meet and strive to exceed HR Contact Center Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Increase HR subject matter knowledge, seeking first-call resolution, shortening call time, and increasing data quality

- Escalate customer requests when additional research or analysis is necessary

- Manage control through the transactions audit process

- Handle risks or process gaps proactively and involve responsible teams to find solutions

- Initiate and lead process improvement projects

Qualifications:

- Desirable Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields

- Experience in customer service or HR

- Fluent German and English communication skills

- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
