## Description

We are seeking a Finance Oracle Manager to join our Consumer Goods, Retail & Logistics (CRL) practice. As a Finance Oracle Manager, you will support assessment, discovery, requirement workshops, help define problem statements, review/analyse requirements specifications from business needs, support creation of to-be flows, fit gap analysis documentation, provide solution alternatives, create detailed design documentation, and test.

## Requirements

You will need:

- Bachelor's degree or MBA or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution

- 2+ implementations in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials (Fusion Financials)

- At least 7-8 years of experience in business analysis or functional consulting in Finance Processes

- Experience in designing and configuring General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management modules

- Experience with Oracle Fusion financial reporting tools (FRS, OTBI, Smart View) and month-end/quarter-end close processes

- Strong proficiency across areas of industry knowledge and best practices

- High-impact Communication skills

- Planning and Co-ordination skills
