## Description

The Director of Brick & Click is the primary architect of Red Bull's unified commerce strategy. This role bridges the gap between traditional retail execution and digital commerce.

The Director will lead a high-performing team to ensure that Red Bull's brand presence translates into seamless shopping experiences for consumers. The goal is to drive revenue and market share growth across top retailers.

**Responsibilities**

### Areas that play to your strengths

- **Integrated Channel Strategy**: Develop and lead a multi-year commercial strategy integrating physical retail distribution with digital growth levers. Manage a dual-purpose trade and marketing budget. Curate channel and retailer assortment to maximize sales and profitability. Lead annual and monthly business planning for brick-and-click retailers.

- **Retailer Partnerships and Joint Business Planning**: Lead strategic negotiations with senior leadership at key retailers, including Walmart, Target, and Kroger. Own the overarching strategy and annual negotiations for retail media network investment. Drive volume through strategic partnerships with delivery platforms.

- **Digital Shelf, Inventory, and Retail Media**: Ensure Perfect Store execution online by optimizing product detail pages. Partner with Supply Chain to maintain a 95%+ in-stock rate for digital SKUs. Oversee high-impact retail media spend with a focus on return on ad spend.

- **Team Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers. Serve as the internal authority on digital sales data, aligning IT, Brand, and Finance teams. Manage external media and performance agencies.

**Requirements**

- 8+ years eCommerce account management experience, preferably with experience leading strategic planning across teams and Brick & Click

- Experience in beverage, CPG, or FMCG industries preferred

- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and active listening skills

- Advanced strategic thinking, planning, financial management, decision-making, sales presentation, and negotiation skills

- Innovative, solution-oriented mindset and ability to drive collaboration across diverse functional groups

- Passion to contribute to the culture of Red Bull

- Experience working with Digital Advertising Agencies

- Proficient in software packages (Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint) and capable of mastering internal systems (CPM, SAP/BI)

**Travel**: 50-60%
